Employer Services

We design a plan governance framework, create and maintain an investment policy statement (IPS), coordinate with recordkeepers and TPAs, develop and monitor the plan investment menu, and benchmark the plan on an ongoing basis to reduce sponsor fiduciary risk.

Participant Guidance & Onboarding

We deliver onboarding, enrollment support, group education, one-on-one coaching, communications, and tools — such as automatic rebalancing and target-date options — to improve participation, savings rates, and long-term financial security for employees.

Investment Oversight & Implementation

We construct low-cost, diversified investment menus and turnkey portfolios, perform ongoing due diligence, monitor performance, benchmark fees, and regularly implement strategic oversight aligned with the IPS.

Support for Plan Sponsors and Participants

A successful retirement plan requires ongoing oversight and communication. We provide ongoing support to sponsors through regular reviews and reporting, and offer education and guidance to participants. This dual focus helps ensure the plan remains aligned with sponsor goals and accessible to employees over time.

Pricing

Retirement plan consulting fees are based on plan size and complexity and may be up to 0.70% of plan assets under management, with a minimum annual fee of $4,000. Pricing is clearly disclosed at inception and reviewed regularly. We work with plan sponsors to build an affordable and transparent fee structure for both employers and participants.
